Contracted with Cisco Services as their Senior Innovation Architect, Martin developed and deployed a ground-breaking innovation program which was awarded the HBR/McKinsey M-Prize for “Innovating Innovation”, dramatically changing the way Cisco’s Services businesses create, manage and implement their innovative ideas. Martin plays many roles in the innovation ecosystem in Asia, and is currently the Director of Innovation at Hult International Business School in Shanghai and the Senior Principle for IXL-Center in Asia Pacific.

Troy Jackson leads the e-commerce sales channels and innovation in smart home product solutions for the ASSA ABLOY Asia Pacific market.
Troy joined the ASSA ABLOY Group in April 2017, as Vice President for Commercial Excellence. Seeing the opportunity for digital transformation and growth of smart home product solutions, Troy moved to the Managing Director position delivering a number of connected product platforms to the market and driving significant growth in these strategic areas.
Before joining ASSA ABLOY, Troy held senior general management, sales, and marketing positions with Royal Philips; venture-backed technology startup and with Procter & Gamble. He has been responsible for global businesses while working from the USA, Hong Kong, and Europe and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Asia Pacific leads the development in door openings and products that includes doors, door and window hardware, mechanical and smart locks, access control and service, in homes, business and institutions.
PROFESSOR, KOREA ADVANCED INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (KAIST)

Wonjoon Kim is the Head of the Graduate School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a Professor at the School of Business and Technology Management, KAIST. He is also the Director of KAIST Center for Innovation Strategy and Policy and the Director of KAIST Center for Overseas Development. He has been conducting and publishing numerous researches on the strategic management of innovation of firms, industry, and governments centering on emerging innovation paradigms. His current research interest also covers the changing nature of innovation, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) and industrial and social change, convergence of technology and industry, mobility innovation, big data as well as the changing nature of the process of entrepreneurship. Currently, he is the President of Asian Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (AIEA), Organising Committee Chair for the AIEA-NBER Conference, a Vice President of the Korean Society for Innovation Management and Economics.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr Fong Chan Onn served as the Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia from December 1999 to March 2008. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Minister of Education from October 1990 till December 1999. He is also the deputy chairman of University Tunku Abdul Rahman’s Council and was chairman of Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad and of Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA Malaysia).
Dr Fong is a senior member of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) – the second largest party in the ruling “Barisan Nasional” coalition in Malaysia. He served as the head of the Party’s Economic Bureau until October 2008 during which he led the Party’s team in presenting its views, proposals and recommendations to various national economic programs, including the first, second and third National Economic Consultative Council, the various national development plans and the yearly National Budget.
Dr Fong has also written several books and published numerous articles in international journals or chapters in books. He holds a PhD in Operations Research/Industrial Economics and Masters in Business Administration from University of Rochester, New York and a First Class bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Lt. General Sharma retired from the Indian Army in 2008, after four decades of a career of selfless service to the nation. The General holds an M. Phil. in Defence and International Security and often lectures on leadership and national security at various forums. General Sharma now writes on national strategy and security issues and lectures business leaders on decision making, motivation and positivity. He is deeply committed and passionate about entrepreneurship and has helped and guided many start up companies to realize their potential.
