He joined Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, where he led product teams as director of technical product management in Microsoft’s Office business, Servers & Tools business, as well as telecommunication solutions businesses, and eventually became part of the founding product team for Microsoft’s flagship productivity cloud services suite – Office 365. He then relocated to Singapore, and spearheaded Emerging Markets strategy for Microsoft Operations as the operations team unit lead working on Microsoft’s cloud services launch efforts in China.

Yat Siu is a technology entrepreneur/investor based in Hong Kong. He is co-founder and chairman of Animoca Brands, a leader in the field of digital entertainment focusing on leveraging popular brands, gamification, AI, blockchain, and mobile technology to make a broad portfolio of products.
Yat began his career at Atari Germany in 1990 and in 1995 he moved to Hong Kong to establish Hong Kong Cybercity/Freenation, the first Asian free web page and email provider. In 1998, Yat set up Outblaze, an award-winning pioneer of multilingual white label web services. He sold Outblaze’s services business to IBM in 2009, and pivoted Outblaze to become a conglomerate specializing on cloud, AI, blockchain, and mobile software.
Yat is a director for TurnOut Ventures, a partnership between Outblaze and Turner Entertainment that brought to prominence the hugely popular emoticon character Tuzki. In 2017 he set up the Dalton Learning Lab, an afterschool lab environment that supplements Hong Kong students with skills not emphasized by the local education system, including divergent thinking and design thinking. He is the founder of ThinkBlaze, the research arm of Outblaze investigating socially meaningful issues in technology.
Yat has earned numerous accolades including Global Leader of Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum, and Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the DHL/SCMP Awards.
A classically trained musician, Yat is a member of the advisory board of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and a director of the Asian Youth Orchestra.

Abu Shehab has a wealth of practical experience spanning more than 24 years. He progressed from the Head of Planning Studies and Logistical Support Section at the Dubai Municipality to Assistant Director of Buses at the Municipality.
With the shift to RTA, Abu Shehab was appointed Director of Projects before being posted the Director of Strategic Transport Planning. In 2015, he was posted the CEO of Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector.
Bu Shehab was privileged by the Medal of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for Outstanding National Achievements. Wonjoon Kim is the Head of the Graduate School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a Professor at the School of Business and Technology Management, KAIST. He is also the Director of KAIST Center for Innovation Strategy and Policy and the Director of KAIST Center for Overseas Development. He has been conducting and publishing numerous researches on the strategic management of innovation of firms, industry, and governments centering on emerging innovation paradigms. His current research interest also covers the changing nature of innovation, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) and industrial and social change, convergence of technology and industry, mobility innovation, big data as well as the changing nature of the process of entrepreneurship. Currently, he is the President of Asian Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (AIEA), Organising Committee Chair for the AIEA-NBER Conference, a Vice President of the Korean Society for Innovation Management and Economics.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr Fong Chan Onn served as the Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia from December 1999 to March 2008. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Minister of Education from October 1990 till December 1999. He is also the deputy chairman of University Tunku Abdul Rahman’s Council and was chairman of Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad and of Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA Malaysia).
Dr Fong is a senior member of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) – the second largest party in the ruling “Barisan Nasional” coalition in Malaysia. He served as the head of the Party’s Economic Bureau until October 2008 during which he led the Party’s team in presenting its views, proposals and recommendations to various national economic programs, including the first, second and third National Economic Consultative Council, the various national development plans and the yearly National Budget.
Dr Fong has also written several books and published numerous articles in international journals or chapters in books. He holds a PhD in Operations Research/Industrial Economics and Masters in Business Administration from University of Rochester, New York and a First Class bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

He commanded the largest operational force in the world and led the logistics and administration of the 1.3 million strong Indian Army in his last assignment before retirement. Gen Sharma now writes on national strategy and security issues and lectures business leaders on decision making, motivation and positivity.
