Agnès Pondaven, an Agro-economist and Founder/ CEO of Qualibri Consulting, has been a consistent presence in Asia's markets for over 20 years. With a comprehensive understanding of the region's dynamics, having worked in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan, she is well-versed in the nuanced aspects of diverse markets. With her involvement within Carrefour for more than 15 years and her entrepreneurial experience, Agnès has been at the forefront of sustainability initiatives. Her projects, spanning the entire supply chain "from farm to table” reflect a deep commitment to sustainable practices. This commitment extends to her role as the APAC Representative of Ulula, where she actively promotes sustainable and responsible business practices through innovation with a Social Impact. Currently based in Taipei, Agnès also serves as the Climate Fresk Coordinator, leading climate awareness initiatives in Taiwan.
Her passion for sustainability, coupled with her extensive experience in retail, positions her as a knowledgeable guide for our panel discussion on the evolving green purchasing behavior of the new generation.

Dr. Will Zhao is a professor at the University of Waterloo's Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business, with a cross-appointment in the Department of Management Sciences. Before moving back to Canada, he pursued his postdoctoral research at Stanford University. Dr. Zhao's research interests center on Human-Centered Innovation (HCI), advocating for the integration of humanistic values within innovation practices across diverse sectors. He has contributed to a wide range of journals spanning business, education, engineering, and interdisciplinary studies. In his role as Director of G Social Lab, he applies this research pragmatically and offers consultancy services focused on innovation, design thinking, and international venturing.

Jakkris specializes in the Innovation Processes across the combined landscape of Business and Technology. He is experienced in working with multinational and local corporations including ExxonMobil, Roche, and Pruksa Holdings as well as StartUps through collaborations across multiple roles through innovation, including hackathons as organizer, mentor, judge, and advisor. He was also successful in creating and leading an internal “corporate startup team”, combining multiple innovation and agile frameworks, creating a new culture and mindset needed for the team to succeed.
After more than 15 years of corporate career, including Lead Innovation Practitioner at ExxonMobil, Roche, and Pruksa Holdings, he is currently a Corporate Innovation Coach with Ekipa Consultancy. Given his very diverse experience across multiple industries, as well as significant time living in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Thailand, Singapore, and the United States, he is a strong advocate for inclusive innovation where every role, culture, thoughts, and ideas matter.
He has also been actively engaged as a mentor within Rise Corporate Innovation Powerhouse, offering his expertise to support their Rise University program, which principally encompasses internal corporate hackathons and extensive capability-building initiatives over the course of several weeks or months. Furthermore, he has assumed the esteemed positions of Co-CEO and Chief Innovation Officer within the confines of a burgeoning startup, WIND Training.

Born in Taipei and raised bilingually in the United States, Jane's interest in her fellow humans led her to study sociology and international affairs for her BA and MA, respectively. After a career in global marketing & business development in Tokyo and New York City, Jane returned to Taipei in 2009 and transitioned to coaching, training, and facilitation, working with Fortune 500 executives, diplomats, international school teachers, and students.
Jane sees the climate crisis as symptomatic of a diseased system under which we are conditioned to pursue growth at all costs, even when it is destroying not only nature, but also our mental and physical well-being. She posits that the only solutions that are truly sustainable and innovative exist outside the "box" of our current system and invites us to reimagine and forge a future that prioritizes abundance and well-being within planetary boundaries.
